What We Do Not Provide via Email
To set realistic expectations, please note that we do not:
- Provide one-on-one astrological consultations or personalised readings outside the App;
- Provide professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice in any form (please consult a licensed professional);
- Reset or share account passwords (Firebase handles authentication; use Google Sign-In recovery);
- Modify subscription pricing for individual Users (pricing is set by tier);
- Perform name changes, birth-date changes, or chart re-computations on your behalf — these are self-service in the App;
- Provide phone, voice, or video support (we are an asynchronous email-based support team).
