These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and AppskKuber ("AppskKuber", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of the LuckMap mobile application, our website at luckmap.app, our legal subdomain at legal.luckmap.app, and any related products, features, content, or services offered by AppskKuber (collectively, the "Service").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any part of the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
LuckMap is an entertainment, educational, and personal-reflection product that provides Vedic, Western, East-Asian, numerological, tarot, and AI-assisted astrological readings. The interpretive content provided by the Service is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not professional medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or relationship advice. See Section 14 for the full disclaimer.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following capitalised terms have the meanings given.
- Account
- The user account you create in the Service, whether through Google Sign-In or as an anonymous Firebase user, which entitles you to access and use the Service.
- App or LuckMap
- The LuckMap Android application available on the Google Play Store, the LuckMap web application available at luckmap.app, and any related progressive web app installation, including all current and future versions, features, and updates of either.
- AppskKuber
- AppskKuber (the “AppskKuber Team”), an Indian sole proprietorship operated by Rupesh Patel and the operator of the Service.
- Birth Data
- Date, time, place, geographic coordinates, time zone, and gender provided in respect of you or a Third-Party Subject in a Saved Profile.
- Content
- All text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, computational models, prompts, AI-generated text, and other materials made available through the Service.
- Credits
- The virtual in-app currency used to access certain paid features, denominated in units. Credits have no monetary value outside the Service and are non-refundable except as required by the relevant Payment Processor’s policies or applicable law (see Refund Policy for the precise rules and the windows that apply).
- Effective Date
- The date stated at the top of these Terms (10 May 2026), or such later date as we may publish for an updated version.
- Free Tier
- Use of the Service without an active paid Subscription. On the Android App, the Free Tier is supported by advertising and limited daily allowances. On the Web App, the Free Tier is currently ad-free but offers the same daily allowances.
- Google Play
- The Google Play Store distribution platform operated by Google LLC, through which the App is distributed and through which in-app purchases on Android are processed.
- Razorpay
- Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-licensed payment aggregator and PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor, used to process Web App purchases for Users whose billing region is India.
- Dodo or Dodo Payments
- Dodo Payments, an international payment processor, used to process Web App purchases for Users whose billing region is outside India. Dodo acts as merchant of record for these transactions and handles applicable VAT/GST collection where required.
- Payment Processor
- Collectively, Google Play Billing (Android), Razorpay (Web App, India), and Dodo Payments (Web App, international), each acting as merchant of record for the transactions it processes.
- Saved Profile
- A profile created by you within the Service that records Birth Data of another natural person (a Third-Party Subject) for compatibility analysis or other features.
- Service
- The App, the Web App, and all related content, features, and services described in the introduction to these Terms.
- Subscription
- A paid recurring access plan offered through the relevant Payment Processor that grants additional features, AI tier access, ad removal, and credit grants for the duration of the active billing period.
- Web App
- The LuckMap web application accessible via a browser at luckmap.app (and its localised paths).
- Third-Party Subject
- A natural person, other than the User, whose Birth Data is recorded in a Saved Profile.
- User Content
- Any content you submit to the Service, including AI chat prompts, Saved Profile data, support tickets, feedback, and any other input from you.
- You or User
- Any natural person who downloads, installs, accesses, or otherwise uses the Service.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of the following:
- You complete onboarding by tapping “Agree & Continue” on the consent screen;
- You create an Account, anonymous or via Google Sign-In;
- You enter Birth Data into the App;
- You make an in-app purchase or activate a Subscription;
- You use any AI-powered feature.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service, uninstall the App, and may, where applicable, request deletion of your Account under Section 23.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organisation or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, in which case "you" and "User" refer to that organisation. The Service is, however, intended for individual personal use only, and use by an organisation is not encouraged or supported.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction to use the Service:
- India: eighteen (18) years; Users below eighteen (18) require verifiable parental consent under the DPDP Act;
- European Union: sixteen (16) years (or such lower age, between thirteen and sixteen, set by the Member State of your residence);
- United Kingdom: thirteen (13) years;
- United States: thirteen (13) years (per the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act);
- Other jurisdictions: the minimum age stipulated by local law, in any case not less than thirteen (13) years.
3.2 Capacity
You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are not barred from receiving the Service under the laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction.
3.3 Sanctions and Restricted Jurisdictions
You may not use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of any country to which India, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States has imposed comprehensive trade sanctions. You may not use the Service if you are a person designated under any sanctions list maintained by the Government of India, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control, or other relevant authority.
4. Account Registration & Security
4.1 Creating an Account
You may use most features of the Service either as an anonymous user or as an authenticated user via Google Sign-In. Certain features — including cross-device synchronisation, Subscription persistence, and recovery of purchases — require an authenticated Account.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to keep that information up to date. Inaccurate Birth Data will produce inaccurate astrological calculations; you are solely responsible for the data you provide.
4.3 One Account per User
You agree to maintain a single Account per natural person. Operating multiple Accounts to circumvent rate limits, free-tier allowances, referral-bonus rules, or any other Service restriction is a material breach of these Terms.
4.4 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the security of your Google Account credentials. We do not store passwords; authentication is delegated to Google. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must immediately revoke Google Sign-In access from your Google Account settings and contact us at support@luckmap.app.
4.5 Account Information You Provide
By using Google Sign-In you authorise Google to disclose your Google account email, display name, and profile photograph URL to AppskKuber, and you authorise AppskKuber to use that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Licence to Use the Service
Subject to your continuing compliance with these Terms, AppskKuber grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, personal, and royalty-free licence to:
- Download and install the App on a mobile device that you own or control;
- Use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes;
- View and use the Content delivered to you through the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
Your licence is conditional on the existence of an active Account where required and is subject to immediate revocation upon any breach of these Terms.
5.1 Restrictions
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not, and may not permit any third party to:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service;
- Rent, lease, sub-license, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Service or any Content;
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices on the Service or any Content;
- Use the Service to develop a competing product or service;
- Use any robot, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose;
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications, spam, or harassing messages;
- Bypass any technical measures designed to protect the Service, including App Check, Play Integrity, rate limits, and content filters;
- Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use of the Service.
6. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or industry code;
- Use the Service to commit fraud, deception, or misrepresentation;
- Submit prompts, content, or material that is unlawful, defamatory, libellous, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit (or, where prohibited by law, sexually suggestive in respect of minors);
- Submit prompts that solicit advice or content concerning self-harm, suicide, or harm to another, except where the Service’s safe-mode filters direct you to a crisis resource;
- Submit prompts that solicit illegal advice, including the manufacture of weapons, explosives, controlled substances, or hacking instructions;
- Add Saved Profiles for Third-Party Subjects without obtaining their consent or, in the case of minors, without parental consent;
- Impersonate another person or entity, falsely state your affiliation, or misrepresent your age or identity;
- Use the Service in a manner that violates the intellectual-property or privacy rights of another;
- Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service, other Users’ accounts, or any related systems or networks;
- Use any AI feature to extract proprietary data, prompts, or model weights from our AI service providers;
- Resell, exchange, or transfer Credits or Subscription benefits to another person;
- Engage in any conduct that AppskKuber, in its reasonable discretion, considers to be a misuse of the Service.
Violation of this Section 6 may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account under Section 23, in addition to any other remedies available at law.
7. Subscription Plans & Auto-Renewal
7.1 Subscription Tiers
The Service offers the following Subscription tiers (prices are indicative and may be updated; the price in effect at the time of your purchase will apply):

Each tier provides a different combination of monthly Credit grants, AI tier access (Quick / Detailed / Expert), ad behaviour, and feature unlocks. The specific entitlements of each tier are described in the App and may be adjusted from time to time.
7.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance through the Payment Processor selected for your transaction:
- Android App purchases — billed through Google Play Billing.
- Web App purchases, India billing region — billed through Razorpay.
- Web App purchases, outside India — billed through Dodo Payments. International prices are displayed in USD; the equivalent of the INR rates above is shown at checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current cycle. Each Payment Processor manages its own renewal mandate; please cancel through the same Payment Processor that processed your original purchase (see Section 7.4).
7.3 No Free Trials
We do not currently offer free-trial periods on Subscriptions. Every Subscription is a paid Subscription from the first billing cycle. If we introduce a trial in the future, the duration and terms will be disclosed at the time of offer and updated in these Terms.
7.4 Cancellation
You may cancel a Subscription at any time. Where you cancel, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you retain access to Subscription benefits for the remainder of the period for which you have paid. The cancellation channel depends on the Payment Processor:
- Android App / Google Play purchases — cancel via your Google Play account at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
- Web App / Razorpay purchases (India) — cancel via the LuckMap web app at luckmap.app → Account → Subscription. We will issue the cancellation request to Razorpay on your behalf.
- Web App / Dodo purchases (international) — cancel via the LuckMap web app at luckmap.app → Account → Subscription. We will issue the cancellation request to Dodo on your behalf.
- If for any reason the relevant cancellation channel is unavailable, email support@luckmap.app at least 24 hours before your renewal date and we will cancel manually.
7.5 Upgrades and Downgrades
7.5.1 Upgrades (Starter → Plus → Pro → Sage)
You may upgrade your Subscription tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately on all platforms (Android, web India, web international). The upgrade has three effects:
- Charge today: only the prorated price difference for the days remaining in your current billing cycle. Formula:
(new tier price − old tier price) × days remaining ÷ 30. For example, upgrading from Plus (₹499/mo) to Pro (₹999/mo) with 20 days remaining costs ₹333 today. The Cloud Function preview displays the exact charge before you confirm. - Subscription Credits (Bucket 1): any unused Subscription Credits from your old tier are voided. You receive the full new-tier monthly Credit grant, with a fresh 30-day expiry from the upgrade date.
- Top-up Pack Credits (Bucket 2): credits from one-time Credit Pack purchases are untouched. They keep their original 30-day expiry timer measured from the date of each pack’s purchase. See Section 8.5 for the bucket separation.
- Cycle anchor: your billing date does not change. The next renewal still occurs on the original date but is charged at the new tier price.
- Tier benefits: the new tier’s benefits (Expert AI tier access, ad-free behaviour, larger monthly Credit allowance, and Sage’s priority support) unlock immediately.
This pattern matches the standard adopted by other credit-based AI products (Suno, ElevenLabs, Runway). It is fair to both sides: you do not pay full new-tier price during the cycle, but you also do not retain old-tier Credits on top of the new grant. Top-up Pack Credits are always protected because they are paid for as a separate, perpetual product.
7.5.2 Yearly upgrades
For yearly Subscription upgrades, the prorated charge is calculated on the months remaining: (new yearly price − old yearly price) × months remaining ÷ 12. Future monthly drips switch to the new tier’s rate. The current month’s drip Bucket 1 follows the same void-and-replace rule as monthly upgrades.
7.5.3 Cancellation channels by Payment Processor
The cancellation channel for the upgrade transaction (and for any subsequent Subscription change) depends on your Payment Processor: see Section 7.4. Web App upgrades route through Razorpay’s PATCH /subscriptions with schedule_change_at: now, or Dodo’s change-plan endpoint with proration_billing_mode: difference_immediately. Android upgrades use Google Play Billing’s CHARGE_PRORATED_PRICE replacement mode. The end result is the same regardless of processor.
7.5.4 Downgrades (Sage → Pro → Plus → Starter)
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle on all platforms. You retain the higher tier’s benefits for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. No refund is issued for the unused difference between the higher and lower tier prices. Bucket 1 Credits remain valid until their existing 30-day expiry; Bucket 2 Pack Credits are unaffected.
7.5.5 Switching billing period (monthly ↔ yearly)
Switching from monthly to yearly billing of the same tier is treated as a yearly upgrade (Section 7.5.2). Switching from yearly to monthly is treated as a downgrade (Section 7.5.4) and takes effect at the end of the current yearly term, with no refund of the unused months.
7.6 Price Changes
We may modify Subscription pricing from time to time. Any price change for an existing Subscription will be communicated to you in advance through an in-app banner, an email to your registered email address, or both. Continued use of a Subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
7.7 Taxes
For India billing region purchases (Google Play and Razorpay), Subscription prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. For international billing region purchases (Dodo), Dodo collects and remits applicable VAT/GST/sales tax for the jurisdictions that require it; the tax breakdown is shown at checkout and on your receipt. Where Google Play charges separate taxes for your jurisdiction, those taxes are in addition to the prices shown.
8. Credits & Credit Packs
8.1 Nature of Credits
Credits are a virtual in-app currency that allow you to access AI-powered features and certain premium content without holding an active Subscription. Credits:
- Have no monetary value outside the Service;
- Cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or other currency;
- Cannot be transferred between Accounts;
- Are non-refundable once spent;
- Are governed by these Terms and not by any general financial regulation.
8.2 Sources of Credits
You may obtain Credits through the following sources. The expiry rule for each is described in Section 8.5.
- Monthly Subscription grants — if you hold a monthly Subscription, you receive that plan’s Credit grant at the start of each billing cycle.
- Yearly Subscription drips — if you hold a yearly Subscription, you receive Credits via a monthly drip. We do not credit the entire year’s allotment at signup. On the day of purchase you receive the first month’s grant; on each subsequent month-anniversary you receive the next month’s grant automatically while the yearly Subscription remains active.
- Credit-pack purchase — one-time purchases of additional Credits, with a validity of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of that specific pack.
- Earned Credits — Credits earned through rewarded video ads (Android only), app ratings, referrals, and similar activities, with their own validity periods displayed at the time of grant.
- Promotional grants — Credits given to you free of charge as part of marketing campaigns, with their own expiry rules disclosed in the campaign.
8.3 Credit Pack Pricing

8.4 Deduction Order
When you spend Credits, we deduct in the following order: earned Credits first, then extra (purchased pack) Credits, then monthly Subscription-granted Credits. This order is designed to maximise the longevity of your purchased balance. We may modify the deduction order to your benefit at our discretion, but will not adopt an order materially less favourable to you without notice.
8.5 Two Buckets — Subscription Credits vs Top-up Pack Credits
For accounting and upgrade behaviour, your Credits live in two independent buckets. Spending always follows the order in Section 8.4 (earned → pack → subscription), but the buckets respond differently when your Subscription changes.
Bucket 1 — Subscription Credits
- Granted at the start of each billing cycle for monthly plans, or as a monthly drip for yearly plans.
- Each grant expires 30 days from the date it was credited to your account.
- Subscription Credits do not roll over — the next cycle’s grant is added on top while older grants expire on schedule.
- Voided on tier upgrade. When you upgrade to a higher tier (Section 7.5.1), unused Subscription Credits in Bucket 1 are removed and replaced with the new tier’s full grant on a fresh 30-day timer.
- On Subscription cancellation or non-payment lapse, Bucket 1 Credits stay valid until their individual 30-day expiry, then are removed automatically. Subscription-gated features (Expert AI tier, ad-free behaviour) revert per Section 8.6 regardless of Bucket 1 balance.
Bucket 2 — Top-up Pack Credits
- Acquired through one-time Credit Pack purchases (100 / 200 / 800 / 2000 packs).
- Each pack carries its own independent 30-day timer measured from the date that pack was purchased. Buying a new pack does not extend the expiry of an older pack.
- Always survive Subscription changes. Top-up Pack Credits are paid for as a separate, perpetual product and are untouched by tier upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations. They remain spendable as long as their individual 30-day timer has not run out.
- Usable even when you have no active Subscription, but Subscription-gated features still require an active plan (Section 8.6).
Earned Credits and Promotional Credits
Earned Credits (rewarded video ads on Android, app ratings, referrals) and Promotional Credits follow the validity period displayed at the time of grant. They are not part of either Bucket 1 or Bucket 2 and are spent first per Section 8.4.
Forfeiture
On Account deletion, all Credits across all buckets — whether purchased, earned, or granted — are forfeited and not refundable except as required by the relevant Payment Processor’s policies or applicable law (see Refund Policy). Expired Credits in any bucket are removed from your balance and are not recoverable.
8.6 Effect of Subscription Cancellation on Credit Use
If your Subscription is cancelled or lapses for non-payment, Credits already in your account remain valid until their individual 30-day expiry runs out. However, the following features are subscription-gated and become unavailable the moment your active plan ends, even if you still have unspent Credits:
- The Expert AI tier (which includes the Sage / Opus model level) requires an active Plus, Pro, or Sage Subscription. Once your Subscription ends, you cannot use the Expert tier even if you have unspent Credits. The Quick and Detailed tiers remain available and continue to consume Credits as normal.
- Ad behaviour reverts to your new tier’s rules. On Android, Free Users see banner and interstitial advertisements; Starter Users see banners only; Plus, Pro, and Sage Users do not see ads.
- Sage priority support reverts to standard support response times.
If you wish to retain Expert tier access or ad-free behaviour, keep an active Subscription. Resubscribing at any time immediately restores Subscription-gated benefits for any unspent Credits in your account. All paid actions inside the App or Web App — AI chat, deep readings, Premium PDF reports, and other Credit-priced features — consume Credits regardless of tier; no feature is "unlimited" within a Subscription.
9. Purchases via Payment Processors
All paid features of the Service are sold through one of three Payment Processors, depending on platform and billing region. AppskKuber does not collect, store, or process card numbers, UPI handles, banking credentials, wallet identifiers, or any other payment-instrument details — that information is entered directly into the chosen Payment Processor.
9.1 Android App — Google Play Billing
All in-app purchases on the Android App are processed by Google Play Billing. Google Play’s terms of service and privacy policy govern the processing of your payment information. Receipts and order history are maintained by Google Play and accessible via your Google Play account.
9.2 Web App — India billing region — Razorpay
If you purchase from the Web App and your billing region is India, payment is processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Razorpay is the merchant of record. The following Razorpay terms apply alongside ours: Razorpay Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. Receipts are issued by Razorpay and are also accessible via the LuckMap web app at luckmap.app → Account → Order History.
9.3 Web App — International billing region — Dodo Payments
If you purchase from the Web App and your billing region is outside India, payment is processed by Dodo Payments. Dodo is the merchant of record and handles applicable VAT/GST collection where required. The following Dodo terms apply alongside ours: Dodo Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Receipts are issued by Dodo and are also accessible via the LuckMap web app at luckmap.app → Account → Order History.
9.4 Region Routing
The Web App routes you to Razorpay or Dodo based on your browser’s timezone at the moment of purchase. If you believe you were routed to the wrong Payment Processor, contact support@luckmap.app before completing the purchase — routing cannot be changed after a successful charge; we can only refund and ask you to retry on the correct routing (subject to the windows in the Refund Policy).
9.5 Verification
For security and abuse prevention, we verify your purchase server-side via the relevant Payment Processor’s API and (for Android) Firebase App Check. If a purchase fails verification, we reserve the right to revoke the corresponding entitlement. Genuine purchases are protected; we maintain audit logs of all purchase events on our backend.
9.6 Currency
India billing region prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). International billing region prices on the Web App are displayed in US Dollars (USD). If your bank uses a different currency from the displayed currency, your bank’s foreign-exchange spread applies and is outside our control. On Android, if you purchase from outside India, Google Play will convert the INR price to your local currency at Google Play’s prevailing rate plus any applicable Google Play fees and taxes.
9.7 Refunds
Refunds for all purchases are governed by our Refund Policy, which sets out (i) the windows during which a refund may be requested, (ii) the by-mistake-purchase rule for unspent credits and unused subscription benefits, (iii) the platform-specific cancellation flows, and (iv) the typical processing timelines for each Payment Processor.
10. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. The Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. In summary:
- Refunds for Subscriptions and Credit packs are processed in accordance with the relevant Payment Processor’s policies (Google Play for Android purchases, Razorpay for India web purchases, Dodo for international web purchases);
- Where the Payment Processor declines a refund, you may request a discretionary refund from us by emailing support@luckmap.app; we evaluate such requests case-by-case;
- Credit packs and Subscriptions purchased by mistake may be refunded within three (3) days for credit packs, or within Google Play’s 48-hour window for Android subscriptions, provided no Credits have been spent and no Subscription benefit has been consumed (see Refund Policy §3 for the full philosophy);
- We do not offer free trials — every Subscription is paid from the first cycle (Section 7.3);
- Credits already spent are not refundable except where required by applicable law;
- Where the Service has not been delivered for technical reasons attributable to AppskKuber, you may be entitled to a refund or credit at our discretion.
11. Free Tier, Advertising & Rewarded Videos
The Service is available without charge in a Free Tier, supported by advertising and limited daily allowances.
11.1 Advertising
Free Tier Users receive banner advertisements during specific screens, interstitial advertisements at appropriate transitions, and may opt to watch rewarded video advertisements in exchange for Credits. Advertising is delivered via Google AdMob. The targeting and personalisation of advertising is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11.2 Rewarded Videos
Rewarded video advertisements are voluntary; you may complete them to receive Credits. Rewards are credited only upon full completion of the video. Network failures, ad inventory shortages, or technical issues may cause occasional reward failures; in such cases please retry or contact support.
11.3 Daily Allowances
Free Tier Users are subject to daily limits on AI chat (up to 5 messages per minute and 200 per day), readings, and other features. These limits are designed to balance free use against operating costs and may be adjusted from time to time.
11.4 Removal of Ads
Subscribers receive removal or reduction of advertising as part of their Subscription benefits. The specific ad behaviour for each tier is described in the App.
12. AI Features & Limitations
12.1 AI Service Providers
AI-powered features rely on large language models from Anthropic, PBC and Google LLC, accessed via licensed API. We share specific data subsets with these providers to generate responses, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
12.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
AI-generated content reflects pattern recognition from training data and astrological corpora. AI does not predict the future. AI responses may contain factual inaccuracies, misinterpretations of traditional astrological texts, or stylistic inconsistencies. Use AI features for entertainment and reflection, not for fact-checking, fortune-telling, or making material life decisions.
12.3 No Professional Advice
AI responses are not professional advice in any field. See Section 14 for the full disclaimer.
12.4 Content Filters
We apply content filters to AI prompts and responses to reduce harmful, illegal, or offensive output. Filters may occasionally over-block legitimate queries or under-block edge cases. If you encounter filtering issues, please contact support@luckmap.app.
12.5 Rate Limits
AI usage is rate-limited at five (5) requests per minute and two hundred (200) requests per day, regardless of Subscription tier, to prevent abuse and ensure equitable access. Subscription tier governs the AI tier (Quick / Detailed / Expert) and the cost in Credits per request, not the absolute rate limit.
12.6 No Reliance for Critical Decisions
You agree not to rely on AI responses, AI-generated readings, or any other AI-driven content for critical or material decisions, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, mental-health, marriage, employment, and parental decisions.
13. Saved Profiles & Third-Party Data
The Service permits you to add Saved Profiles for partners, family members, friends, or children. You may use Saved Profiles for compatibility analysis and other features.
13.1 Your Representations
By creating a Saved Profile you represent and warrant that:
- You have obtained the Third-Party Subject’s informed consent before adding their Birth Data;
- You have informed them that their data will be processed for compatibility analysis and may be transmitted to AI service providers;
- You have authority and the technical means to delete their data on their request;
- The Third-Party Subject is at least eighteen (18) years old, or you are their parent or legal guardian.
13.2 Indemnification for Third-Party Data
You agree to indemnify and hold AppskKuber harmless from any claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising out of your addition of Saved Profiles in violation of applicable law or these Terms.
13.3 Removal Requests
If a Third-Party Subject requests removal of their Saved Profile, we will assist as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Astrological Content Disclaimer
LuckMap is provided for entertainment, educational, cultural, and personal-reflection purposes only. While we use the Swiss Ephemeris library and traditional astrological texts to compute charts, the interpretive content — including AI-generated readings, life predictions, marriage compatibility scores, financial outlooks, health predictions, and remedial recommendations — should not be relied upon as professional advice in any field.
14.1 Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
The Service is not a substitute for:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a licensed physician for any health concern. Astrological remedies (gemstones, mantras, rituals) are not validated medical treatments.
- Legal advice. Consult a licensed attorney for any legal matter. Predictions about lawsuits, court outcomes, or legal events are speculative.
- Financial or investment advice. Consult a registered financial adviser before making any monetary decision. Predictions about wealth, business success, or markets do not constitute investment advice.
- Mental-health advice. Consult a licensed mental-health professional for any emotional or psychological concern. AI chat and astrological readings are not therapy.
- Marriage, relationship, or parenting counselling. Compatibility scores and relationship predictions are for entertainment.
14.2 No Guarantees
We make no warranty regarding:
- The accuracy of astrological predictions;
- The materialisation of events identified as auspicious or inauspicious;
- The success of relationships rated as compatible;
- The avoidance of difficulties indicated as challenging;
- The outcome of decisions made based on the Service.
14.3 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service. AppskKuber disclaims all liability for outcomes attributable to reliance on the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14.4 Cultural and Religious Sensitivity
References to deities, mantras, gemstones, rituals, and other religious or cultural elements are presented respectfully and contextually. They are not religious instruction. The Service is not affiliated with any religious institution.
15. User Content & Licence to AppskKuber
15.1 Ownership of User Content
You retain all ownership rights in the User Content you submit to the Service.
15.2 Licence Granted to AppskKuber
You grant AppskKuber a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sub-licensable, and transferable licence to host, store, copy, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, display, and otherwise use your User Content solely for the purposes of:
- Operating, providing, and improving the Service;
- Generating AI responses, charts, readings, and reports for you;
- Performing analytics in aggregated, de-identified form;
- Complying with legal obligations;
- Developing and improving our products, models, and features (excluding training of third-party AI models on your data, as described in our Privacy Policy).
The licence terminates when you delete your User Content or your Account, except for previously generated derivatives that may persist in our backups for the period described in our Privacy Policy.
15.3 Representations Regarding User Content
By submitting User Content you represent and warrant that:
- You own the User Content or have all necessary rights to grant the licence above;
- The User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other right;
- The User Content does not violate Section 6 (User Conduct).
15.4 No Obligation to Monitor
We are not obliged to monitor User Content. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or disable any User Content that, in our reasonable judgement, violates these Terms or applicable law.
16. Intellectual Property Rights
16.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service — including the App, Website, design, source code, look-and-feel, computational models, trained content, prompts, AI orchestration logic, generated readings, computed charts, original textual content, illustrations, icons, sounds, and all other materials — is owned by AppskKuber or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws of India, the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions.
16.2 Reservation of Rights
Except for the limited licence granted to you in Section 5, AppskKuber reserves all right, title, and interest in and to the Service. No rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
16.3 Output of AI Features
You may use AI-generated outputs from the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Use the outputs to develop, train, fine-tune, or evaluate any competing AI model or astrology product;
- Resell or redistribute the outputs as a commercial product;
- Falsely represent the outputs as your own original creation in commercial settings.
AI outputs may not be subject to copyright in your jurisdiction; in any case, AppskKuber retains the right to use the outputs as described in our Privacy Policy.
16.4 Feedback
If you provide us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that feedback for any purpose, without compensation or attribution.
16.5 Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@luckmap.app with subject "Copyright Notice" and the following information:
- Identification of the work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it;
- Your contact information;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf;
- A physical or electronic signature.
17. Trademarks
"LuckMap", "AppskKuber", the LuckMap logo, the AppskKuber logo, and other marks used by AppskKuber are trademarks of AppskKuber. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, logo, or trade dress without the prior written permission of the owner.
17.1 Third-Party Marks
"Android", "Google Play", "Firebase", "AdMob", "Google", and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. "Anthropic" and "Claude" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. "Razorpay" is a trademark of Razorpay Software Private Limited. "Dodo Payments" is a trademark of its respective owner. References to such marks are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
18. Third-Party Services
The Service interoperates with third-party services including Google, Anthropic, and other providers identified in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those providers, not by these Terms. AppskKuber is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
Where these Terms conflict with the terms of a third-party provider regarding the third-party service, the third-party provider’s terms will control as between you and that provider.
19. Privacy Policy
Our collection, use, and protection of your Personal Data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also agree to the Privacy Policy. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding privacy matters, the Privacy Policy will control.
20. Modifications to the Service
We are continuously improving the Service. We may, at any time and without prior notice:
- Add, remove, or modify features;
- Change the user interface and design;
- Adjust algorithms, AI behaviour, or computational logic;
- Adjust tier benefits, free-tier allowances, or content delivery rules;
- Discontinue any portion of the Service.
We will not, however, retroactively reduce the entitlements of an active Subscription period below what was promised at the time of purchase. If we materially reduce the value of an active Subscription, you may, at your sole option, request a pro-rated refund of the remaining value, subject to the relevant Payment Processor’s refund mechanisms (see Section 7.4 and the Refund Policy).
21. Modifications to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, or our business. The current version of these Terms will always be available at https://legal.luckmap.app/terms with an updated “Last Updated” date.
21.1 Material Changes
For material changes — including changes to dispute resolution, limitations of liability, pricing structures, refund mechanics, or material new restrictions — we will provide advance notice through:
- An in-app banner displayed for at least seven (7) days before the new effective date;
- An email to your registered email address (if any).
21.2 Acceptance of Changes
Continued use of the Service after the new effective date of an updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree, you must discontinue use and delete your Account.
22. Suspension & Termination
22.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your relationship with AppskKuber at any time by deleting your Account through the procedures described in Section 15 of our Privacy Policy.
22.2 Suspension or Termination by AppskKuber
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- You materially breach these Terms or our Privacy Policy;
- You engage in conduct prohibited by Section 6 (User Conduct);
- You attempt to defraud, abuse, or exploit the Service, including chargeback abuse, refund abuse, or attempts to circumvent rate limits or free-tier rules;
- Your use of the Service exposes us to legal liability;
- We are required to suspend or terminate by applicable law, regulation, or court order;
- We discontinue the Service or a substantial portion of it.
22.3 Effect of Termination
On termination:
- Your licence to use the Service immediately ceases;
- Your Subscription entitlements are revoked, and Subscription auto-renewal is cancelled;
- Unused Credits are forfeited;
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 15, 16, 17, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 32, and 35 — survive.
22.4 Inactivity-Based Termination
If your Account remains inactive for thirty-six (36) consecutive months and you have no active Subscription, we may terminate the Account after providing thirty (30) days’ advance notice via email and in-app banner. See Privacy Policy Section 15.4.
23. Disclaimers of Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranty of any kind.
AppskKuber expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
- Warranties arising from course of dealing, course of performance, or trade usage;
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free;
- Warranties that defects will be corrected;
- Warranties of accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content, including astrological predictions, AI-generated readings, computed charts, and similar.
No oral or written information or advice given by AppskKuber, our employees, agents, or representatives creates a warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the disclaimer of certain warranties, so some of the above disclaimers may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our warranties are limited to the minimum permitted by applicable law.
24. Limitation of Liability
24.1 Categories of Excluded Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppskKuber and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages;
- Lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, loss of business opportunities, or other intangible losses;
- Damages arising out of personal decisions made based on astrological readings or AI-generated content;
- Damages arising out of relationships, marriages, business decisions, financial decisions, medical decisions, or legal decisions made based on the Service;
- Damages caused by third-party services or providers;
- Damages caused by unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or content;
- Damages caused by your failure to maintain backups or your loss of access to your account.
24.2 Cap on Direct Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of AppskKuber, our officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid to AppskKuber for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- One thousand Indian Rupees (INR 1,000).
24.3 Basis of the Bargain
The disclaimers and limitations in Sections 23 and 24 form an essential basis of the bargain between you and AppskKuber and apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
24.4 Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for:
- Gross negligence or wilful misconduct;
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Statutory consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived.
25. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AppskKuber, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Service;
- Your User Content;
- Your addition of Saved Profiles in violation of Section 13;
- Your breach of these Terms or our Privacy Policy;
- Your violation of any law or regulation;
- Your violation of any third party’s rights, including intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Your reliance on AI-generated content or astrological readings.
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate with our defence of such claims.
26. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Subject to Section 27 (Dispute Resolution & Arbitration), the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
27. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Please read this Section carefully. It significantly affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.
27.1 Informal Resolution First
If you have any dispute with AppskKuber, you must first try to resolve the dispute informally by emailing support@luckmap.app with subject "Dispute Notice" and describing the dispute, the resolution you seek, and your contact details. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within sixty (60) days of receipt.
27.2 Binding Arbitration
If the dispute is not resolved informally within the 60-day period, the dispute — except for the matters listed in Section 27.5 — shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator, who shall be appointed by mutual agreement of the parties or, failing such agreement, in accordance with the said Act.
27.3 Seat & Language
The seat and venue of the arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.
27.4 Costs
Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, including legal fees, except as otherwise determined by the arbitrator. The arbitrator’s fees shall be borne equally by the parties unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
27.5 Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the foregoing, AppskKuber may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for:
- Infringement of intellectual-property rights;
- Breach of confidentiality;
- Unauthorised access to or use of the Service;
- Enforcement of payment obligations.
Either party may bring claims in small-claims court for monetary disputes within the small-claims jurisdiction limits.
27.6 Time-Bar
Any claim against AppskKuber must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it is permanently waived. This time-bar applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
28. Class-Action Waiver
You and AppskKuber agree to bring any dispute against the other only in your or our individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative action or proceeding.
The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of multiple individuals or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. The arbitrator may award monetary or injunctive relief only in favour of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party’s individual claim.
If a court determines that this Section 28 is unenforceable in whole or in part, then the entirety of Section 27 (Dispute Resolution & Arbitration) shall be null and void with respect to that proceeding, but the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
29. Force Majeure
AppskKuber shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics or epidemics, labour disputes, power or telecommunications failures, internet service-provider failures, third-party service-provider failures, hacking or denial-of-service attacks, and other similar events.
30. Severability & Waiver
30.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The parties agree to negotiate in good faith to replace the invalid provision with a valid one that achieves the original commercial intent as closely as possible.
30.2 No Waiver
The failure or delay by AppskKuber to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or of any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of AppskKuber.
31. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. AppskKuber may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this Section shall be null and void.
These Terms shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
32. Entire Agreement
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference) constitute the entire agreement between you and AppskKuber concerning the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
No course of dealing, course of performance, or trade usage shall modify these Terms. Any modification must be in a writing made or accepted by AppskKuber as described in Section 21.
33. Notices
Notices to AppskKuber under these Terms must be sent to:
- Email: support@luckmap.app with appropriate subject line;
- The notice shall be deemed received on the next business day after sending.
Notices from AppskKuber to you may be given by:
- Email to your registered email address;
- In-app notification or banner;
- Posting on our Website;
- Push notification (where you have permitted notifications).
Notices from AppskKuber are deemed received on the day they are sent or posted.
