Choose what you'd like to delete. You can either request complete account deletion (removes account and all data), or request removal of specific data only while keeping your account active.
What will be deleted
- Your account profile and Google Sign-In linkage
- Your birth details (date, time, place, gender) — sensitive data
- All saved profiles for partners, family, friends, and children
- All AI chat history and generated readings
- All computed astrological charts
- All credits — earned, purchased, or granted (forfeited, no refund)
- Your push notification subscription
What will be retained
- Transaction records — retained for 7 years per Indian tax law (unlinked from your account)
- Anonymised analytics — retained indefinitely in aggregate form, no longer linked to you
- Audit logs — minimal record of the deletion itself for legal compliance
⚠️ Active subscription notice
If you have an active LuckMap subscription, deleting your account will end the subscription immediately. You will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the billing period. To get a refund for the unused period, cancel your subscription via Google Play before requesting account deletion.

Submit Deletion Request
✓ Confirmation email sent
If an account is registered with the email you provided, we have sent a confirmation link to that address. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) and click the link within 12 hours to confirm your deletion request.
After confirmation, your account will be permanently deleted in 30 days. During this period you can change your mind by emailing support@luckmap.app.

Other ways to delete your account
- In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
- By email: support@luckmap.app with subject "Account Deletion Request"
If you want to remove only certain types of data without deleting your entire account, choose an option below. Your account will remain active.
👤 Delete saved birth profiles
Remove any saved profiles (partner, family, friends, children) you created for kundli matching or readings.
How: Open LuckMap → Hamburger menu → My Profiles → tap the delete icon next to any profile.
💬 Delete AI chat history
Remove all AI astrologer conversation history (questions you've asked and the readings generated).
How: Email us with the request below — we'll wipe the history from both your device and our servers within 7 business days.

Remove your computed astrological charts, daily horoscope cache, and any saved readings — without deleting your account.
How: Send an email request — we process these within 7 business days.

Remove your stored birth details (date, time, place, gender) while keeping the account. Note: most app features won't work afterwards until you re-enter these.
Request via email🔧 Other specific data
For any other data type not listed above (e.g., specific tarot reading, particular reports), email support@luckmap.app with details of what you want removed.
What we cannot delete on data-only requests
- Transaction records — retained for 7 years per Indian tax law
- Audit logs — minimal record for legal compliance
- Aggregated anonymous analytics — already de-linked from your account
